Sales Specialist Job Opening in Fort Lauderdale, Florida - We are QuestComm! A premium dealer of MetroPCS for 10+ years, now running 40+ locations strong. We are looking for motivated individuals in the Lauderdale Lakes, Lauderhill and Tamarac area to join our elite sales team to help drive the sales of our amazing phones and accessory products, while providing an enjoyable customer service experience to each and every one of our guest! Our mission: Sell wireless handsets, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment all while delivering outstanding sales and service to continue gaining customers. We always demonstrate leadership and promote teamwork as staff motivation is key to continually improvement and performance. We're looking for individuals with strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively within all levels of our organization. Flexible hours is a plus including nights, weekends, and/or holidays. Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and help create a positive working environment. We offer base hourly pay plus bonuses based on sales performance! Prefered experience: * Sales or Customer Service with at least 1 year experience and a H.S. Diploma.
