Product Content Associate Job Opening in Issaquah, Washington - To function as a member of the Product Management and Development Team, primarily collecting and transcribing data and content needed for internal order management system as well as website page creation and maintenance. This job also requires working with vendors to coordinate data management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect information about vendor companies and their products
Analyze data for necessary and useful information
Create website content that is clear and informative
Coordinate with other departments and assisting with questions and issues
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Communicate with vendors by phone and e-mail to gather information
Be responsible for developing and maintaining product lines from 20-40 vendor companies
Research and analyze medical products and their uses
Develop best web pages using SEO information
Create and manage product data within QuickMedical?s Order Manager system
Create and manage website content using Excel spreadsheets and Access databases
Edit and process website-quality images with Adobe Photoshop
Design and edit website category structure
Coordinate with other departments to address service issues and develop strategies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor?s Degree
Previous experience in the field
Competency with Microsoft Access and/or databases a plus
Basic image processing skills a plus
Knowledge of medical products and healthcare industry a plus
