We are now hiring a Case Manager!
Major job responsibilities:
Contact potential second opinion providers through cold calls and emails
Work with medical teams to assess oversea treatment cases, perform medical necessity and concurrent reviews on patients to determine appropriateness of care
Serve as liaison between the patients and healthcare institutions, provide support coordination/case management including assessment, service planning and coordination, progress reporting, documentation and client advocacy
Ensure business retention through excellent customer care
Develop and utilize resources to support families caring for patients
Requirements:
Experience or education background in Healthcare strongly preferred
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and fluent in both English and Chinese
Outstanding ability to manage, organize and prioritize tasks
Strong sense of teamwork and eager to contribute to a start-up environment
Service oriented approach, flexible and proactive towards adapting to clients? needs
