Mitigation Division Manager Job Opening in Grand Island, Nebraska - BASIC FUNCTIONS: Supervision of all Mitigation Technicians to ensure timely response, completion and customer satisfaction; liaison to GM, Marketing Department, and Operations Manager

Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and of cost estimates, response times, job completion to determine any additional instruction, training needed of Senior Mitigation Technicians and other Mitigation TechniciansAuditing of technician certification to ensure compliance with Franchise Agreement and Program of job work completed, certificates of completion, and chemical/product and equipment use to determine any leakage and proper use of equipment to improve profitability; reporting to and hold meetings with Senior Mitigation Technicians; Trains and supervises Senior Mitigation Technicians on better business practices, identifying business opportunities, and relationship with adjusters and communicates with updates as and address any safety issues and safety practices including the proper use of PPE when required- Continuous analysis to ensure compliance with all Paul Davis processes, policies, better business practices, and in accordance with the laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which Paul Davis Emergency Services operates.- Auditing of any customer service complaints; counseling of Senior Mitigation Managers; direct contact with customers as needed; communication in courteous, professional, and informative in the collection process. IICRC CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Currently or previously held or ability to obtain the following certifications:
Water Restoration Microbial RemediationFire & Smoke TechnicianTRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Associate?s degree or other equivalent professional experience
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES:
Valid Driver?s License. Must be maintained for the duration of the assignment. Copy of driving history issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles at time of application.
