Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist Job Opening in Austin, Texas - Position available for an energetic people-person in a growing chiropractic office with a warm and professional atmosphere. We are looking for someone who is: enthusiastic, detail oriented, has a positive/cheerful demeanor, dependable, and self-motivated, to grow into a long term position.
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting patients with a smile
Scheduling patients and processing financial transactions
Insurance verifying and billing, record maintenance, data entry
Managing the pace of the office flow
Maintaining the cleanliness of the office
Assisting doctor with patient care
Skills:
Must have: excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize, knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office programs ? Word and Excel
Preferred: Experience within chiropractic, healthcare, fitness/spa, hospitality industries. Knowledge of HIPPA, insurance billing and Chirotouch practice management software.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-1pm and 2:30pm-6pm, Fridays 8:30am-1pm
