This position helps manage the client relationship while maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction. The employee will support the tax and accounting teams as a whole by providing reports, analysis, and other records of client data.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities include, but are not limited to
Timely and accurately prepare federal, state, local and special tax returns by collecting and analyzing financial information for individuals and businesses.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
Determine tax liability and prepare funds requests for assigned clients.
Manage and maintain a positive client relationship; including service requests, scheduling meetings, assisting in completing paperwork and forms, and providing all information to the client. Respond to all phone calls and emails within 24 hours.
Build a confident, respectful relationship with Tax team and clients.
Build a demonstrated understanding of Wymer Brownlee products and services.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge and adherence to any and all requirements as they pertain to tax preparation by attending educational workshops, classes; renewing professional publications as necessary.
Maintain required CPE.
Constantly verify quality and accuracy of work.
Participate in team meetings to bring manager up-to-date and to identify any barriers in accomplishing tasks.
Adopt and assure the consistent use of repeatable processes to assure the firm maintains operational efficiencies.
Other accountabilities as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Experience, Education and Licensure
College degree in accounting or related field; 4 years relevant experience, complete understanding of tax preparation ? including complex returns, reporting, QuickBooks, review, and tax preparation software; experience in multi-client environment; experience in UltraTax preferred. CPA preferred, but not required.
