Sales Lead Generation Specialist Job Opening in Towson, Maryland - Join a leading-edge cloud solutions firm to drive accelerated sales performance. Motifworks is expanding our sales team and we have an immediate opening for a Sales Lead Generation Specialist.
You have limitless energy, tenacity and love the thrill of the hunt! This role involves researching companies and contacts, designing and running outbound campaigns with a combination of email and calling, and qualifying each opportunity.
You will have the opportunity to work directly with and learn from the CEO, who is the leading expert on cold email. You will gain a wealth of inside sales experience and become highly knowledgeable in running and scaling outbound sales efforts.
As the company continues to grow, you will have the opportunity to gain even more responsibility and further fine-tune your sales expertise.
You will be working at our Towson, MD office with occasionally working remotely.
Responsibilities
Generate a high volume of outbound activities to support a healthy pipeline that progresses the business forward
Gather intelligence about the accounts you are assigned to input into CRM
Schedule product demos and qualified appointments for the sales team
Be able to navigate a CRM system to gain insights and record activity
Provide data and quantitative analysis on lead quality to help improve lead acquisition
Act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales. Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work toward corporate objectives
Develop your sales skills and learn the optimal sales process
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of inside sales experience in a similar role
Strong and proven online research skills
B2B sales experience (preferred enterprise)
Excellent phone & email communication skills
Experience in using CRM software (Dynamics CRM is a plus)
Self-motivated and creative thinker with the drive to learn, grow and succeed.
Ability to consistently produce high-quality and reliable results on time and within budget.
Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a start-up team environment
