Software Testing Specialist Job Opening in Cincinnati, Ohio - We provide leading software solutions to the employer outsourcing industry and we are looking to expand our team. We are seeking an experienced Software Testing Specialist to assist with testing updates and new functionality within the software. This position works both independently and as part of a team.
Our software focuses on Payroll, Accounting, and HR. Knowledge in Accounting and/or payroll is strongly recommended. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred. This candidate will assist with testing updates to the software as well as new functionality added to the software. Candidate will also be responsible for providing and/or updating documentation related to software changes and additions.
Job Requirements:
Associate?s Degree in Accounting or related field; or 2 to 3 years experience with payroll/accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in the Payroll/HR field strongly recommended
Exposure working with payroll/HR software preferred
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (no Visa)
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently and with minimal supervision while also part of a team
Able to manage and prioritize multiple assignments
Able to focus and have attention to detail
Able to multi task and prioritize tasks
