Receptionist/Customer Service Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - This position is the first point of contact with our clients and staff. Providing a first rate experience is the most important part of this job. This person must have good attendance, a professional and pleasant demeanor. Must be able to communicate well with staff and customers.
Responsibilities will include answering phones and directing calls. Distributing mail and keeping a check log, along with posting mail. Handling all incoming orders correctly and promptly from start to finish. Maintaining controls in inventory by working closely with the Controller. Provide administrative and support for events which would include seminars, shows and conventions. Open and close the office each day. Assist Controller with billing and other accounting duties. Scanning of current and old documents.
Skills that will be needed - Good working knowledge of Microsoft products including Word and Excel is a requirement. Basic computer literacy and competency. 10 Key and the ability to work with numbers. Knowledge of basic secretarial duties such as correct layout of business letters, work with merge files, etc. QuickBooks experience preferred. Looking for a highly organized individual with a great attitude. Someone willing to learn and progress as new opportunities arise.
Education must include a high school diploma.
