Sunnyfields is looking to add to our award winning design team and join our Kitchen and Bath staff. Our business of providing design solution and the remodeling team to accomplish the project is fast-paced, cutting edge with a sincere appreciation and sensitivity to budget, timeframe, historic significance and lifestyle. Ideal candidate will exhibit a passion for quality design with a focus on providing an exemplary customer service experience for our clientele and meet or exceed the following:
Our kitchen and bath design and sales professional:
Meets with clients in the showroom and in their home to develop design ideas that suits their needs and their budget. We are masters at form and function and deliver solutions showcasing both.
Measures, consults and supplies budget ranges and price estimates for the project.
Works with trade partners to select and provide suggestions for finishes/products that will adequately meet budget and timeframe while showcasing the clients desirable outcome.
Serves as a consultant to our clients and manages the relationship with homeowners, from initial contact through the construction of the project.
Partners with our in-house project management staff, estimator and the trade to ensure a successful home renovation.
Is a student of the design and construction industry, seeking out new products, design trends and solutions.
K and B design and sales professionals will use our inspirational, state of the art and comfortable showroom to meet with clients to develop and implement their design solutions. We offer the tools, systems and support to make a motivated person successful. This position is commission based and a successful designer can make $100,000.
The successful candidate will have 5 or more years experience, (college degree preferred but will consider equivalent industry experience), have 20-20/chief architect or the like as a platform for design, and be an exceptional written and oral communicator.
