Sales Consultant Job Opening in Omaha, Nebraska - BB Roofing LLC- Lincoln and Omaha, NE
Salary + Commission (starting salary dependent on experience)
BB Roofing LLC is looking for a motivated individual with good communication skills to contribute to the growth of our team in Lincoln, Omaha and the surrounding areas. Position will be responsible for completing initial inspections, providing honest and credible recommendations, ability to meet with insurance company adjusters, able to understand insurance process, provide estimates using our estimating software system and closing the sale by completing all necessary paperwork, assisting clients with color selections and with project managers to complete the job.
Prior sales experience is a definite plus but not required as we will provide training necessary for this position. The ideal candidate must have strong work ethic, listening skills, follow-up and closing skills. You must be proficient working with computer software and be detail oriented, focused and a team player. Most importantly, having strong ethics and high integrity is a must and the candidate MUST be committed to always putting the customer first.
Experience is strongly preferred but not required.
