As a Sales Professional, you?ll be responsible for managing all sales activities for our current and prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in showroom do a needs evaluation for the customer including features and type of vehicle.
Analyze inventory to ensure the availability of the vehicle for the customer.
Demonstrate vehicle and show features of vehicle while on the road or in the showroom.
Works closely with the Sales and F&I management to negotiate sales prices, trade in, fees as all associated costs with financing or leasing vehicles.
Delivers vehicle to customer reviewing the features of their vehicle
Regularly walks the lot to keep up to date on used and new inventory.
Completes all training and attends all departmental meetings
Regular and prompt attendance.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent plus prior Sales/Customer Service Experience
Excellent Sales, Customer Service, Communication and Computer skills
Top notch phone skills and follow through
Solid working knowledge of the Internet and Social Media
Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
