Primary Responsibilities
Lead audit, review, and compilation engagement teams
Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Plan, coordinate, and supervise the various phases of A&A engagements from start to finish
Communicate assigned tasks to the engagement team in a manner that is clear and concise
Report directly to partners, principals, and managers
Ensure adherence to all applicable professional standards
Become deeply involved in our clients? businesses
Identify and communicate potential or existing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Develop audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk assessment and test objectives
Obtain and review evidence ensuring audit conclusions are valid and well-documented
Know and understand the firm's policies and procedures
Possess technical knowledge sufficient to advise and train staff accountants
Minimum Qualifications
Must have 2 ? 5 years? recent experience in A&A at a CPA firm
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Possess a CPA license or on track to obtain a CPA license within one year
