Essential Job Functions:
1. Direct processes that meets or exceeds costs, quality, clinical, and utilization standards and performance measures.
2. Monitors customer wait times at assigned site(s) and ensures they meet or exceed benchmarks set forth by the company.
3. Leads and directs the operations of the business office functions to ensure compliance and maximum reimbursement.
4. Reviews weekly error reports, either works to resolve them directly or assigns staff to resolve them.
5. Identifies repetitive errors, makes recommendations to leadership on how to solve them systemically or works with staff to resolve them locally.
6. Participates in the preparation, administration, and oversight of the budget in conjunction with the budget officer.
7. Monitors monthly financial reports against budget to ensure assigned site(s) are meeting financial targets.
8. Oversees and approves the ordering of all supplies and equipment.
9. Ensures adequate supplies are available at all times and meet all accrediting body requirements.
10. Report and share information with VP, SVP, COO and other agency Team members to ensure they are kept fully informed on the condition of the organization and the important factors influencing it.
11. Prepare high quality written reports which succinctly identify organizational outcomes.
12. Investigates complaints, prepares report on resolution, and provides an avenue for timely resolution of all concerns and complaints.

14. Proactively works to minimize complaints by ensuring the local office and staff meet high standards in terms of customer experience, quality, and outcomes.
15. Ensures that the offices are appropriately staffed and well educated/trained working in conjunction with human resources for recruitment, hiring, orientation/on boarding, discipline, evaluation, and ongoing training/education of all employees.
16. Ensures all staff is compliant with all training requirements.
17. Ensures sub staff are in place and working effectively if key positions (i.e. nursing or administrative staff call) out or are on PTO.
18. Monitors medical records processes to ensure keying, scanning, and requests for information are meeting company defined benchmarks.
19. Identifies low performing staff and mentors them directly or coordinates a mentor, sitting with them and coaching them through their daily work tasks until competency is met.
20. Ensure all staff have access to their productivity reports, are striving to meet their company set standards, and ensure barriers to staff meeting their standards are removed.
21. Completes plan of corrections and submits to QM for approval.
22. Monitors to ensure all aspects of the plan of correction are complete and have the desired positive outcome.
23. Attend and actively participate in meetings and training as required.
24. Maintain certification in all agency, state and federal training requirements.
25. Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures, as well as state and federal statutes and regulations related to specific program areas.
26. Demonstrates knowledge of emergency procedures and assists in crisis situation.
27. Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures.
28. Completes all other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
29. Traveling and driving may be required.
Prerequisites:
1. Masters in Social Work that leads to LCSW licensure by the governing board.
2. Full LCSW license in NC.
3. Two (2) years of experience providing leadership in a healthcare setting leading to strong business acumen and advanced leadership skills.
4. Valid North Carolina Driver .
