Sales Manager Job Opening in Orlando, Florida - The Meehan Agency, a District General Agent for Colonial Life, is establishing a new business sales team. This team will be led by a Sales Manager with long-term career interests.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Train, mentor, and motivate a sales team
Sourcing, attracting, and interviewing select quality individuals to join the company
Business development and sales of new business accounts
Field training and joint field work with agency team
Conducting sales meetings and orientations for new sales agents
Sales Manager Qualifications:
Experience in leading a staff/team of sales agents
Florida 2-15 Life & Health Insurance License (Not required to apply and Scholarship Funds are available.)
Strong work ethic
High level of self discipline
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Training and development is provided in an ongoing manner as part of a leadership development and training program.
Sales agent opportunities are also available within the agency.
