Client Service Representative Job Opening in Skokie, Illinois - Founded in 2005, Worthy Insurance Group has grown into a highly respected personal and commercial line insurance brokerage firm specializing in customer service for the varying needs of our clients. We service large national healthcare accounts, small commercial accounts, not-for-profits, and private clients.
Worthy Insurance Group is seeking an entry level Client Service Representative to join our team and grow within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:
Primary phone coverage (first to answer incoming calls).
Prepare and mail all US/UPS/FedEx packages.
Pick up, sort and deliver mail to the appropriate parties.
Oversee all aspects of office supplies and provisions for the break room and ordering when necessary.
Communicating with and being the point of contact for the phone service and IT on all matters that cannot be personally handled by an employee.
Responsible for setting up new phones and computer systems for employees.
Assisting the Operations Manager and Human Resources with projects, research and any other tasks delegated. May be called upon to assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the development administration and promotion of specific projects, as required.
Scanning and emailing documentation requested.
Forwarding emails to the appropriate parties.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel. Proficient Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.)
Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both verbally and in writing with a pleasant telephone manner.
Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy.
