As a Sales Professional, you would be involved in:
-Developing relationships with New Prospects (especially business owners) and building trust
-Cold Calling (our methods aren?t cold, but gotta stick to standard terms here)
-Working within a team of technology professionals to design business-focused technology solutions and explain the business benefit to the client
-Closing deals that create revenue (especially recurring) for our company
-Successful handoff to operations on new deals
Remember we are a small business (about 35 employees) and most of our customers are small businesses, so you need to be able to use best business practices without breaking the bank. We are also a Team ? so if it would bother you to take out the trash one day, it?s probably best you don?t apply.
Things we?d like you to have:
-Over 3 years of Business Consulting or Sales experience (we can train you, but you got to bring something to the table)
-The ability to get stuff done (there?s no room on our ship for slackers)
-Passion for Serving Customers (this is who we are)
-Good with Technology (you don?t have to be an expert but it can?t scare you)
-Heart to always do the right thing and admit mistakes (they will happen and its ok)
-Good communication skills (willing to give and receive constructive feedback)

Compensation will be competitive determined by experience with a salary in the range of $35-65K plus uncapped commissions (and there are accelerators for those who knock it out of the park).
