We are looking for a hospitality professional with proven time management capabilities and a quality customer service focus.
Job Description
The Night Auditor is essentially the "Manager on Duty" during the overnight hours. They ensure that all resort operations are running smoothly and that any guest requests or situations are responded to courteously & promptly.
Job duties to include, but are not limited to the following items:
Promptly respond to guest needs with a friendly & helpful demeanor.
Post room charges and taxes to guest folios.
Process guest credit card charges.
Prepare nightly summary of cash, check and credit card activity.
Verify accuracy of all account postings and balances.
Prepare end of the day procedure.
Other duties to be discussed during the interview process.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1-2 years of front desk supervisory experience in the hospitality industry, (or closely related industries).
Computer Competency; able to use Microsoft Office, Outlook and IQware knowledge preferred, but not required.
