Sales Manager (Office Equipment industry experience required... Job Opening in Overland Park, Kansas - Due to our growth we are currently seeking a Sales Manager. This person must have current experience working in sales or management in the document solutions industry with a proven track record of success in sales or building a successful team. This person will be responsible for developing and managing a team of Sales Representatives in a growing local branch. This person will also be responsible for interviewing and hiring and overseeing the management of all divisions in the branch. This person will help their team promote all products and solutions to new and current clients through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referral sources. This person will be responsible for attending meetings with their team members, ensuring their understanding of programs and accountability for results. This person will be responsible for Account Management and achieving expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis. This person will be responsible for training for their team for: introducing new products, offering sales promotions, helping to resolve customer issues, contract negotiation and submission, and account documentation.
The position offers a competitive base plus commission and monthly and quarterly bonuses as well as multiple contests throughout the year, incentive trips, opportunities to attend professional sporting events, and a full fringe benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO and holidays and a 401k with a generous company match. Sales representatives also receive a vehicle allowance and a smart phone for company business.
Position Requirements
We are looking for a high energy professional in the document solutions industry who has a proven track record of success managing a territory, mentoring others, and exceeding expected business results. This person must have current experience working in the document solutions industry in a Sales or Sales Management position. Dealership experience is highly preferred. We're looking for someone who can lead a team, someone who is positive and self-motivated and a good problem solver. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to work with a great team. We promote from within and have multiple office locations in Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas and Arizona. We're looking for candidates who have a strong desire to work in a customer focused sales environment with strong time management and problem solving skills. . Candidates must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to hire and Sales candidates must have a valid Driver License.
