Boston National Title, LLC has an opening in its New York, NY office for a salesperson. Boston National Title (?BNT?) has grown to a national title agency since opening in Charlotte, NC in 2009. Today BNT services more than 180 clients of all sizes, maintains 18 office located across the country and processes more than 8,000 transactions per month. BNT consistently ranks at the top of clients? vendor lists and we attribute this achievement, and our remarkable growth, to our relentless determination to exceed our clients? SLA expectations on every single file.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Salesperson is responsible for selling all of Boston National Title products which is primarily title insurance.
Exceed established sales goals.
The Salesperson will work with the client and BNT operations to facilitate processes that are customer centric.
The Salesperson will provide their Supervisor with periodic reports on sales activities, market information, status of client base and other information.
Specific Job Requirements:
Great oral and written communication skills
Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy
Highly self-motivated and constantly driving for improvement
Ability to communicate and network at all levels of an organization
Confident, presentable and professional
Job Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred
High level of demonstrated customer service, and time management skills
4+ years of industry experience
10 year background checks with no derogatory items for credit, criminal, prior positons
