We are willing to actively promote your SEO services to our current, future and prospective clients... It's like having a built-in sales staff without costing you a penny! This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is experienced at SEO and wants to start their own SEO firm or already has one and wants to bring on more clients. You manage your own schedule and work the hours you want to work � as long as project deadlines are met, it doesn't matter to us if you work at 2 in the afternoon or 2 in the morning. Because we will be promoting your services to our clients as well as performing SEO services for our business, you must provide a proven and verifiable track record in SEO (must be verifiable with references and past employers � no exceptions). You must have in-depth knowledge of the search engine algorithms and how to achieve top placement in Google, Bing, Yahoo, MSN and Ask, etc. You must be able to: Manage and refine SEO strategy to increase qualified organic search engine rankings for consumer traffic and ultimately revenue. Define SEO requirements and recommend site enhancements that maximize ROI and increase rank of natural search result listings. Recommend optimizations for site architecture, URL rewrites, and alternate directories. Serve as internal search expert to ensure best practices are shared and leveraged by all groups. Continuously improve tracking, reporting and profitability of the SEO efforts. Analyze and translate quantitative and qualitative data from web analytics tool into an actionable SEO plan. Research and develop SEO best practices to identify new market opportunities and maximize program profits with improved organic rankings. Partner with cross functional teams including Information Technology and Creative and outside agency. Applicant Requirements: Computer Science degree or equivalent Portfolio of successful page one ranking web pages Experienced in White Hat / ethical SEO practices and techniques for page linking Understanding of SEO best practices Implement, monitor and track SEO results Knowledge/Skills Expert in writing CSS2 and CSS3 tableless XHTML Highly skilled in PHP, MySQL and Javascript programming Solid understanding of web analytics Background and experience in vertical environment is preferred Copy writing keyword-targeted title tags, description tag, H1/H2 tags, alt tags, html content, etc. Link building and inbound link analysis Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills Compensation: Dependent on how we form our relationship.
