Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Coordinator for our Riverside Jacksonville Office. The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for providing payroll, accounting, and human resource responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Duties
Receives payments, prepares and reconciles deposits.
Prepare and Submit Payroll including Time & Attendance reconciliation.
Prepares journal entries and posts transactions to proper accounts.
Identifies cost saving measures and develops and implements a process.
Assist in Human Resource Management tasks such as onboarding, terminations, PTO accural, unemployment and garnishments.
Creates, coordinates and implements new and revised administrative policies
Work Skills Requirements :
1-2 years of payroll and accounts payable experience
Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Organization, Analyzing Information , Accounting, Vendor Relationships, PC Proficiency, Data Entry Skills, General Math Skills
Strong Working Experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
Ability to keep highly sensitive company plans and data confidential
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong personal initiative.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work effectively with employees and senior managers of the company.
Able to handle multiple priorities.
Willingness to tackle unfamiliar tasks.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Positive team mentality
Hours : 30-40 hours per week
