Inside Parts Sales Job Opening in Billings, Montana - Local Kenworth & International class 8 and medium duty truck dealer is taking applications for an Inside Parts Sales Representative. Position requires excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills.
Sell parts and accessories to customers either in person or over the telephone in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure that parts and accessory needs of shop personnel are met and when such needs are met that all parts and accessories are charged out in the proper repair order. Answer all incoming telephone calls directed to the Parts Department in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Make telephone calls to new as well as established customers on a daily basis to sell parts and accessories and to ensure their needs are met or there are not any unnecessary problems. Assist other departments with any and all parts related problems and questions, including quotes and body shop estimates. Ensure all stock replenishment items are promptly and properly placed in their appropriate bin locations on a daily basis.
