Field Sales Representative Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - Sealing Agents Waterproofing in Atlanta, GA area seeks highly motivated, proven professionals to join our Sales Team. We are a construction subcontractor where sales, labor based production, and customer service are the central activities of our organization. We are a privately held business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Identifies and solicits business from new clients
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales
Builds and maintains relationships with current and potential clients to market the services provided and increase customer base.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers and permitting trends
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Monitors competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Completes required bids, estimates and drawings
Uses proprietary software to manage accounts and resources
Works and communicates closely with administrative staff to ensure accuracy, prompt billing and appointment schedules
Visits job sites in advance of scheduled work to ensure that site is ready and as necessary visit during project to ensure work is performed properly to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree from four?year college or university; or one or two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills ? Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, safety protocols and rules, procedures manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Mathematical Skills ? Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability ? Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Valid and unexpired driver?s license required and well as the ability to meet and maintain company vehicle requirements.
Knowledge of residential and/or commercial building practices and building science knowledge, ability to read, interpret and understand the Spanish language a plus.
Willingness to travel within the city and surrounding areas on a daily basis, occasional overnight travel may be required.
Physical Demands
As our work typically takes place on construction sites, existing crawl spaces and commercial job sites, the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl is necessary. The employee must be able to lift and/or move heavy objects.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly encounter outside weather conditions. The employee will often encounter moving mechanical parts, heights, fumes or airborne particles and chemicals. The employee will often encounter wet and/or humid conditions. Base salary plus commission.
