Account Executive/Outside Sales Job Opening in Deerfield, Wisconsin - RS&I is a master distributor and sales agent for a variety of authorized retailer programs in the western U.S. Having partnered with leaders in the satellite Internet, home automation and telecommunications industries, our focus is to help others build a long and prosperous business.
We are currently looking for an account executive with strong experience in outside sales, marketing and business development techniques to fill an opening in Deerfield, Wisconsin.
The goal is to provide training, sales support and marketing assistance to authorized retailers who represent these nationally recognized programs:

Starting base salary of $35,000, plus uncapped commissions
Average earnings are $45,000 in the first year with continuing growth potential

Requirements
Two years or more of successful sales and marketing experience with effective closing skills
Self-confidence, positive attitude, solid work ethic and a strong desire to succeed
A people person with excellent presentation, motivation and training skills
Valid driver?s license with a satisfactory driving record
Efficient computer skills with the use of the Internet, Microsoft Office and databases
Willingness to travel throughout specific region to meet with current and prospective authorized retailers
Ability to learn about and sell technical products and services
High school diploma or equivalent is required, college degree is preferred
Responsibilities
Regular visits to new and current authorized retailers to provide them with coaching on sales and advertising techniques appropriate to their markets
Maintain working relationships and trust with many different authorized retailers
Receive and make phone calls to assigned retailers and provide stellar customer service
Take orders from retailers and ensure the accurate delivery of their products
Ongoing prospecting for new retailers to grow their business and ours
