Job Title: CSR (Customer Service Representative(
Location: Roseburg Ashley HomeStore
Schedule: Full Time (Multiple Shifts)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Speaks with customers by phone and in person in a professional, courteous and timely manner
Processes financing applications, correlate payment terms with cash breakdown: cross-reference finance tracking sheet
Maintain a working knowledge of product and services
Assist customer service management team as necessary
Collect payments; address billing concerns
Complete audits when required
Review sale orders to insure accurate product has been ordered
File sale orders and invoices
Transfer calls to appropriate department; take phone messages
Packing accessories for customer to take with them
Keeping office supplies stocked
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Not limited to the above duties and responsibilities

Knowledge of data base software, inventory, and order processing systems.

Able to work any shift and/or be called in at anytime
High school diploma or equivalent
Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
Professional appearance
