Accounting Clerk Job Opening in Woodridge, Illinois - Our company currently has an opening for an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Accounting Clerk with an immediate start date. The position will report to the owner. We are looking for an experienced self starter who can hit the ground running and enhance existing processes.
Duties
Accounting reconciliation
Reconcile bank statements
Accounts Payable
Cash Flow Management & Forecasting
Monthly & Annual Sales Tax Reports for Multiple Locations
Timely Monthly Financial Reports
Handling Building Maintenance, Mail, Supplies, and Bank Deposits
Human Resource Activities Including new hire on-boarding, payroll processing with assistance of outside company, time-off management and employee benefits
Experience
At least 3 years experience with Quickbooks
Organization
Data Entry
Math
Excel
Analyzing information, attention to detail, thoroughness, verbal and written communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour
