Outside Sales Representative- CLOSER Job Opening in North Canton, Ohio - All American Gutter Protection is hiring for an Immediate sales position! CLOSER WANTED! We have too many leads to handle, and are giving the opportunity to make great money selling a great product to the right candidate.
Our team is in need of experienced sales reps to handle the intense volume of leads. This is an amazing opportunity with a fast growing company, selling a truly innovative solution. The Akron/Canton team is looking for to immediately hire an outside sales representative, to run in-home sales leads within the North/East Ohio territory. It's a fast paced environment with great support throughout the entire organization. Our training program is hard hitting and ongoing in a fun team environment.
This position is to run 15-25 pre-qualified company provided leads per week, with ZERO cold calling ! With historically high closure rates, and an incredible commission structure; our reps earning potential is typically $80k+, with uncapped potential. The sales training provided will be hard hitting, with continual support. This position can lead to great career growth within the company, with long term potential as Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Managers and possibly more.
Ideal Candidate:
High energy and self-motivated
Past in-home sales experience not required but ideal
Not afraid to close deals
Accustomed to being a road warrior
Has previous in home sales experience with proven track record
Exudes confidence and enthusiasm in himself/herself and their ability to help their clients
Strong communication & presentation skills
Must have an acceptable driving record, be drug-free, and pass criminal background check
