Account Manager Job Opening in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania - About this role:
The Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of client account management, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue streams.
What you?ll do:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction, account retention and/or horizontal growth
Meet established workforce metrics
Implement a client touch system
Assist with day to day client and therapists interactions
Fill open positions in a timely manner
Negotiate contract terms and rates with therapists
Manage/Coordinate the process for online therapy sessions
Follow-up on therapist contracts & return of contracts (24-hour turnaround)
Oversee billing and invoice issues
Attend industry conferences as needed
What you?ll need:
5 + years? experience in recruiting and/or sales
College degree preferred
Knowledge of Special Education and healthcare a plus
Ability to multitask & be detailed oriented
Excellent phone communication skills
Motivated by results and financial opportunity
TEAM Player / self-motivated / strong work ethic
Excellent organization, time management and problem solving skills
Fully proficient in software applications Excel and Word
