Applications/Web Development Job Opening in Washington, District of columbia - Applications/Web Developer
T3W Business Solutions, Inc. is looking for Applications/Web Developer II to assist in the development, maintenance, modification, test, implementation, and support of the application used to support requirements management. As the Application/Web Developer, you will join our team supporting the Federal Finance Housing Agency (FHFA) located in Washington DC.
This is a contingent position based upon award of contract to T3W.
Requirements:
BA/BS in Web Development
A minimum of eight (8) years professional experience with the following programs Microsoft?s Framework, Active Directory (AD), Visual Studio, HTML 5, CSS, JSON, XML, and SQL Server as the back-end databases
Demonstrated experience in testing and recommending for testing/evaluation process improvements
Candidate must clear FHFA?s background investigation process, including being registered in E-Verify
This work will be performed onsite
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with developing OOTB and code?based SharePoint solutions
Experience with SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2016, and Office 365
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Adhere to FHFA IT software development and maintenance processes to include delivery of source code, build documents and installation media
Achieve a common understanding of the business need and potential impact, conduct feasibility studies, document the current and proposed business processes and develop/prepare concept of operations
Develop software, build and verify systems, finalize scripts and develop installation guides
Provide support with SQT, UAT and deployment
Identify and conduct trade-off analyses and cost-effectiveness analyses
Provide a structured and standardized process to track a project through each major phase: Project Initiation, Execution and Finalization
Project initiation phase to include a needs analysis, concept of operations, and planning
Requirements analysis and interpretation
Design and wireframes
Development and Unit Testing
System deployment to include installation and back-out plans testable between all applicable environments.
Decommission of old or replaced systems
Production system support
Participate in all meetings and work groups associated with the project * Provide analysis and support for the requirements and design of the project
Assist in project planning efforts
Provide appropriate documentation in support of the FHFA SDLC
Ensure all required deliverables are fully tested and documented prior to user acceptance testing
