Bridal Station Manager Job Opening in Bristol, Tennessee - This full time position (35 hours per week) will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Bristol Bridal Station to achieve organizational goals and objectives as defined by the Board of Directors.
Scheduled work week
Tuesday - Saturday
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Ensure high levels of customer service by being knowledgeable of inventory
Provide EXCELLENT customer service to brides and families
Maintain working knowledge of current bridal industry trends and topics
Manage inventory, maintain accurate accounting of assets and sales
Responsible for promoting the Bristol Bridal Station, including but not limited to; attend bridal shows and promotional events, manage multiple social media platforms and website
Secures inventory
Manage and maintain relationship with existing designers and bridal salon partners
Research and approach new designers
Recruit, train and manage Bridal Consultant volunteers
Schedule Bridal Consultant volunteers for operational hours and cover any shortages
Serve as staff liaison to Bridal Station Committee
SKILLS
Energetic professional who is self-motivated with an outgoing, upbeat personality
Excellent communication skills with the ability to easily connect with others
Provide superior customer service
Ability to work one on one, with knowledge and concern for the brides special day
Knowledge of industry trends, designers, fit, alterations, etc.
Detail oriented
Mission focused

High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of retail management experience required
2 years of bridal sales experience preferred
Volunteer management or nonprofit experience preferred
