We?re looking for a Sales Manager that knows how to motivate, lead, develop, grow, train, and manage their team. This individual should possess a player-coach approach to management and leadership and be able to step in and show sales reps how to close sales. We want individuals that are career-minded and looking to grow within a company.
As part of Sales Management, you?ll perform the essential function of helping grow our customer base by leading our residential sales team. You will manage day-to-day activities, train and develop inside sales reps, and continually strive to improve performance.
Responsibilities
Train, motivate, mentor, and manage residential sales team
Receive, pursue, and close inbound customer leads
Execute customer sales methodologies, including use of the company CRM system, call management system, customer diagnostics, and other sales tools
Work closely with leadership to ensure high performance
Provide data-driven feedback to help improve processes and performance
Qualifications
Sales management experience
Teachable and willing to learn and grow
Sales skills and the ability to meet sales quotas
Full-time availability
Able to work Saturdays as needed
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and dedication to succeed
