ServiceNOW Administrator Job Opening in Miami, Florida - We are assisting a South Florida client staffing a contract to hire role for a ServiceNow administrator.
Candidates must be able to work for any employer now or in the future. The client is looking for candidates with around 4+ years direct/recent ServiceNOW administration experience; Should understand process/workflows/ standards set up, enhancements, change requests, etc. Should understand ITIL based incident/ticketing, reporting, change management.
Should have experience on recent versions of ServiceNow ideally Jakarta and Helsinki is ok as well. This person will be more advanced than just an Administrator and have great communication skills, able to work closely with end users, management, technical team members to guide the decision process. Beneficial certifications include ServiceNow Administrator and ServiceNOW Implementor.
