Internal Sales Job Opening in Tustin, California - Input data into internal systerms- such as updates to pricing, addition of product codes into customer files and documentation to open new accounts.
Accurately update pricing in internal system to Confirm that price in Catalog matches the online and PDF pricing
Compose and type routine correspondence such as price increase letters and quotes as needed.
Process requests for samples
Contact suppliers and Customers to obtain technical-non technical information as needed.
Initiate and follow up on Purchase order and product code requests.
Work on on-going projects such as follow up with customer, confirm orders, etc.
Provide sales reps group with information they might need while in the field (part numbers, product availability, customer info, pricing, sales history, file notes, cross reference information, vendor information, etc.).
Prepare New Customer agreements, coordinate customer/manager signatures and distribute copies as required.
Assist sales reps Group in assembling and mailing product literature, catalogs, pricelist, etc.
Attend to customer needs/questions when Sales rep is on vacation or in extended meetings.
Back up receptionist by answering phones on main switchboard as scheduled or requested. This may include delivering mail.
Perform other clerical duties as requested such as light filing, copying, emailing and faxing.
Represent Living Textiles Co. in a professional manner.
Observe, follow and enforce all Living Textiles Co. Policies and Procedures.
Attend all required Sales Reps Group training when scheduled unless absent from work.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Ability read, write and speak the English language.
Proficient level of skill in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Working knowledge of CRM Software is helpful.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
Ability to read, comprehend and carry out detailed and simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
Ability to prioritize work to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
Possess excellent written/oral communication skills.
Willingness to work overtime, holidays or weekends as needed.
Occasional travel may be required.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, one to three years? general office and/or customer service experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
