Sales Coach- Quality Assurance Job Opening in South Plainfield, New jersey - PETRO , Inc. the largest home heating oil service and delivery company in the United States, is seeking a Quality Assurance Sales Coach to join our team!
Looking for a sales QA/coach for a busy sales center. Individual should be a good listener, have great communication skills and a positive attitude to rally the troops. This addition to our team would be responsible for evaluating sales calls and coaching Inside Sales Reps for improved performance. Exciting opportunity for the right individual to become part of our team. The successful candidate must be a positive motivator who can identify areas requiring improvement and engage the team in ways to improve our overall call quality while helping to drive increased sales.
Specific duties include:
Coaching, monitoring and on going development of Inside Sales Representatives to maximize performance.
Tracking improvement thru call evaluation and QA review.
Job Requirements:
Proven leadership ability.
Must be proficient in MS Word & Excel.
Must be comfortable in a sales environment and possess the ability to overcome objections.
