M&A Transaction Manager Job Opening in Birmingham, Alabama - This position will be in house accounting and finance diligence on prospective acquisitions. The experience will vary for this position. Preferably someone that has done some work in public accounting and in industry accounting as well.
· Overall management of Quality of Earnings process
· Preliminary P&L production & analytics
· Review for consistent and normal operations
· Testing financial data
· Review / Analyze seller documents
· Tax Returns
· Bank Statements
· Depreciation schedules / general ledger
· Opening balance sheet
· Fixed asset allocations
· Inventory documentation
· AR review
· Seller Correspondence (Pre / Post Close)
· Production of Pro Forma P&Ls and Budgets
· Assist in applying existing platform metrics to prospective hospitals
Pro forma financial statement production
Review of seller documentation (tax returns, bank statements, payroll registers
Opening balance sheet production and purchase price allocation
