The MarshBerry Talent Acquisition team offers services to implement our sales recruiting strategy and hiring process for our clients. We are currently seeking high level B2C sales representatives who have been successful selling to high-net-worth clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
New account development
Generating revenue and meeting sales quotas
Developing and qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other lead generation opportunities
Using a consultative sales approach, conduct proposals to high-net-worth individuals
Our Sales Representatives Enjoy:
Starting base up to $60k + Uncapped Commissions
Residual Commissions
Potential to make $75-125k year one
Mentorship Training Program
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree
3-5+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred
