Senior Accountant Job Opening in Dallas, Texas - About Advantage Midstream
Advantage Midstream LLC is a newly formed, Dallas-based, portfolio company of Castlelake LP, a $10 billion-dollar private equity firm. Advantage Midstream offers producers and processors tailored solutions for natural gas and natural gas liquids that might be lacking proper infrastructure in North America. We are seeking a qualified candidate based upon the qualifications and responsibilities defined below:
Qualifications:
CPA
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience preferably with a Big Four firm
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of Word, Power Point and Access
Responsibilities to include:
establishing and maintaining the books and records with respect to the Company?s activities and operations, including accounting, land, production, contract and other records and files necessary for the proper conduct by the Company of its business and operations;
monitoring and recording the receipts, income and expenditures of the Company;
preparing and providing weekly and monthly financial reports to be furnished to senior management;
preparing and providing schedules and tax returns;
engaging, coordinating and supervising the engagement of third party auditors and other professionals and service providers to the Company as required for the delivery of the financial statements and tax returns;
formulating, preparing, monitoring budgets and forecasts as requested by senior management;
dealing and interfacing with the Company?s lenders, vendors, contract counterparties, and other third parties as it relates receivables and other liabilities;
filing all necessary or appropriate filings with federal, state and local authorities under Applicable Law to maintain the Company?s existence, its qualification to do business, and its registration under its assumed name(s). Filing and recording such documents and papers as are necessary and appropriate to evidence the Company?s ownership of any of its assets.
