Accountant/Office Manager Job Opening in Baton Rouge, Louisiana - The Baton Rouge Law Firm of Bienvenu, Bonnecaze, Foco, Viator & Holinga, APLLC is seeking a full-time professional accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and office administrative duties. Financial functions include: Daily management of operational cash flow, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, editing and submitting bills, accounting entries, account and bank reconciliations, payroll, processing checks, and other general journal entries. The position also entails: coordinating support staff, management of operations, vendors, H.R. benefits, and insurance policies, maintaining admin files and other related office duties. Preferred Qualifications: B.A. Degree in Accounting; Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in public or private practice which includes operations, systems, financial record keeping, analysis and financial reporting; knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, and Excel. Annual salary is based on experience level. Benefits include participation in 401k plan, health insurance, and paid time off.
