Our customer in north Phoenix is aggressively accelerating its digital capabilities and we are looking for strong, experienced leaders who can drive us forward. The Solutions Manager - Mobile is responsible for delivering on the roadmap for the client?s newly released iOS and Android app. As mobile is an always on, always with the customer technology, our client views this as critical to delivering on its overall digital strategy. The Solutions Manager will provide leadership and direction in the development and support of mobile initiatives. The Solutions Manager is responsible for managing the day to day activities of the Application Analysts and coordination of work across all areas of the delivery team. The role will be accountable for working with cross functional teams across all of our brands to implement and deliver solutions aligned with strategies and plans for technology, people and process for both in-store, corporate and direct-to-consumer environments. The Solutions Manager is accountable for ensuring organized, predictable, and managed change. Manages scope, schedule, and resources by developing strong relationships with their business partners and within IS with the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management and other departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to determine the goals and requirements of the program
Manage Application Analyst team to develop complete and accurate in support of the program
Manage scope and ensure appropriate communication and approval for any scope creep
Ensure alignment between business partners and development teams regarding prioritization
Direct IS teams in the areas of scheduling, coordination, technical direction, future planning
Provide leadership and direction in the design, development, support, and implementation of business capabilities as it relates to application and technical delivery
Coordinates delivery of all products for the business
Develops relevant artifacts for communication, direction, delivery, quality, and solutions
Anticipates risks and issues and works to resolve roadblocks
Analyzes potential partner relationships for the product
Team responsible for building and maintaining product documentation
Stay up to day on industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for the roadmap
Identify and manage key systems metrics used to advise technical direction
System thinker who can understand and discuss high level system diagrams
Manage medium to large projects end to end
Required Skills/Experience:
3-5 years? experience supporting a mobile program or as a Product Manager.
5+ years? experience in implementing systems and cross-functional business capabilities
5+ years? experience with industry standard Retail applications (preferred)
3+ years of people management
Understanding of mobile development trends and best practices
Familiarity with API design patterns and how they come together to influence mobile development

Bachelor's Degree expected and 7+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience working in an agile delivery environment
Preferred Skills/Experience:
5+ years? experience supporting delivery of CRM, Loyalty, eCommerce, or traditional retail systems
Understanding of modern software development practices and QA best practices
Procurement of Hardware and Software for systems
Development of business and enterprise roadmaps
Experience working with Software partners
Experience in Budgeting and planning for systems
Experience with Automation, Continuous delivery, and Continuous integration pipelines
