Requirements:
The position requires a consultative sales approach, a successful track record in inside sales, and polished presentation skills. Through a combination of responding to inbound inquires and planning and executing outbound social campaigns, an Account Executive will bring the right combination of energy and product expertise to seamlessly manage accounts from lead to close.

Responsibilities :
Achieve and exceed quota by successfully positioning Propertybase and managing customer relationships
Effectively qualify and respond to inbound inquires
Manage leads and opportunities through proficient use of CRM
Demonstrate excellent communication skills in all aspects of customer interactions
Deliver outstanding product demos with technical depth to solve a variety of challenges that face our clients
Qualifications:
Solid and proven track record in technology sales
2+ years inside sales or account management experience
Strong computer skills and driving curiosity to figure out how things work
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
High energy and positive attitude
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Experience with Salesforce and/or Real Estate is a plus but not a prerequisite
