Director of Operations Job Opening in Detroit, Michigan - Master Maintenance is a fast-growing Janitorial Service Contractor looking for a qualified individual to fill our Director of Operations position.
This professional has to have the skills to help manage our team with focus on providing the highest quality of service in our industry while creating a positive relationship with our customer. A key role of the Director of Operations is to create a loyal relationship with our customers, managers and employees. The Director of Operations has to lead by example and manage the company employees while assisting them to follow the scope of work and to surpass our customers' expectations. The Director of Operations will perform, direct, instruct and train our management team in regards to their different tasks and duties, The Director of Operations will also resolve escalated issues, participate and conduct meetings on a regular basis, perform budgetary expense reviews and approvals and will report directly to the COO in regards to customer retention, accounts issues, customer service, hiring and training needs, budgetary expenses, job safety and job specifications, etc.
Compensation
$50,000 - $60, 000 annual salary depending on experience
