This is done through a Mobile App technology for golf clubs, country clubs, yacht clubs, city clubs and beach clubs worldwide engage with their members through a member-to-club, club-to-member and member-to-member interactive and networking tool..
The Opportunity
OneClubNet is recruiting Business Development Executives to help MobiCom () further expand our portfolio of member engagement services to Private Clubs in North America.
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly-motivated salesperson who is a Hunter who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This role is a pure Hunter role and warm leads will be provided to the Account Executive.
This position is a combination of inside sales and outside sales.
Prospect, develop, and close new Private Club business by selling OneClubNet?s Mobile App technology solutions and services to Private Club management executives and ownership.
Develop and execute on sales plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within assigned defined monthly and annual sales goals.
Sell the OneClubNet vision to prospects through product demonstrations, events and target-specific initiatives
Coordinate and work with extended team members
Work closely with Sales and Support teams to ensure account activation and customer satisfaction
Participate on weekly evening sales team conference calls with Sales Leadership who are based in other OneClubNet offices in Singapore and India.
This position will operate out of their home office and will have flexibility for local, regional, and national travel for generating new business as needed.
Potential for 40%-50% travel.
This position reports to the Vice President based in Dallas, TX.
Required Experience & Skills
A minimum of 2-4 years of inside or outsides sales experience; software sales experience or hospitality sales is a plus.
Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing start-up environment with team members from other global regions and cultures.
Teamwork and excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
Four-year university/college degree required.
A reasonable understanding of current technologies and its use cases is a must.
Process driven updating of weekly reports into the CRM.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation structure is a Base Salary Plus Uncapped Commissions.
