Canvass Manager Job Opening in Kent, Washington - Are you ready to start your career instead of just have a job? We are looking for a HIGH energy, self-motivated, and organized individual to lead our team of canvassers in the Everett/Seattle Area.
This is your entry level sales manager opportunity, to recruit, hire, train and motivate a team of associates who will go out into neighborhoods and meet with homeowners to schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives.
As a full-time Canvass Team Leader you'll be trained on our products with the opportunity to generate leads for our sales representatives through the delivery of our great training to future clients by going door to door in residential neighborhoods. Your job will be to lead and drive a van with a team of 6-7 canvassers, to generate leads to create opportunities for a sales demonstrations. Yes, the customer experience begins with you! Your Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute logistical operations of canvassing initiatives including supervision, recruiting and scheduling.
- Promote REVE?s products to new and existing customers
- Ensure team hits lead generation goals to support outside sales division
- Ongoing department meetings and training-Provide working knowledge of eco-friendly, American made products and its benefits to the consumer
- Maintain company values and a quality presentation for lead generation
- Ensure all canvassing initiatives are executed in accordance with the assigned schedule
- Train and motivate canvassing team to exceed expectations by helping them hit their bonuses
Experience Qualifications:
- Respectful and outstanding leadership skills that motivates team to exceed expectations
- Strong work ethic and the willingness to explore and propose new ideas-Passion for interacting with people and learning new and varied skills
- Strong communication skills and an open-minded personality
- Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
- Be able to work mainly afternoons/evenings
- Comfortable with door to door people interaction
- Working cell phone/smart phone
- Open to learning
- driver?s license with clean driving record
Income and Benefits:
- $35-45k base annual wage + potential to earn an additional $10-30,000 annually in performance bonuses. Make over $60,000 /yr!
