National Student Loans is a document preparation company based out of Irvine, CA. Our office services 48 of 50 states and specializes in helping former students consolidate their current student loans into 1 new payment based on their ability to pay. At the same time, many student loan holders can qualify for loan forgiveness which we in turn help our Clients to navigate how to maximize this benefit. Our Implementation Specialist manage their own dedicated portfolio of prospective clients who are seeking assistance. We provide a comprehensive approach by explaining alternatives and building relationships in order to enroll the clients in the proper program.

Position Overview:
At National Student Loans, Implementation Specialists are responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and providing exceptional service by help setting up their Client loan consolidated profile. Implementation Specialists manage on-boarding of new clients, while communicating our procedures. The Implementation Specialist manages all aspects of implementation for the client during the on-boarding phase including client support, configuration and data entry o f our systems for loan balances, scheduled payments, and ancillary document support.
Objectives: Upon completion of our training period you will be able to:
Provide adequate sales and technical support.
Plan and coordinate the implementation process with Clients.
Setup Client profile and enter necessary information in our system.
Monitor client progress throughout the implementation process and ensure successful completion of E-sign documents until client is migrated to the Client Support Team.
Provide additional support to clients as needed to complete the on-boarding process. (included but not limited to: payment plans; E-sign documents; payment calculation corrections)
Respond to client phone calls, emails, etc in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with daily client support as needed.
Clearly and successful explain the benefits to potential Clients of programs available to help them reduce their monthly payments and maximize loan forgiveness benefits.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years technical support and/or sales/customer service
Experience with CRM
Experience with new product sales
Experience with E-sign College experience
Proficiency with MS Office and the Internet
Decision-making and critical thinking
Customer Service Written and oral communication skills Listening skills
Organizational skills
Time-management
Benefits:
