Catering Service Supervisor, Campus Dining Job Opening in san luis obispo, California - Catering Service Supervisor, Campus Dining The Catering Service Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and leading the service of all catered functions on the California Polytechnic State University campus. This position must demonstrate knowledge of high professional standards in areas such as dining room set-up and service, customer service, quality control, sanitation, food presentation, supervision, and training of service personnel. This is a very demanding and strenuous position requiring a very energetic, customer-oriented person. Requires high school degree or equivalent and four years experience in restaurant service, including two years high volume catering experience and two years in a supervisory role. Event planning and college or university food service experience preferred.
