Sales Director Job Opening in Irvine, California - The Opportunity
Invateck is a financial technology (fintech) startup offering an online marketplace for clients who need a more efficient and effective way to raise debt and equity capital. Our marketplace will serve the private equity, real estate development, real estate investment, secondary mortgage, and bank and lending industries, among others.
We are a privately-held company and have closed two rounds of funding. This is an on-site, full time contract-to- hire opportunity.
Position Goals
Identify and capture new business nationwide through:
Cold calling, email (leveraging our access to professional databases).
Database searches and online research.
Sales campaigns.
Referrals, networking, and other creative methods.
Pipeline management.
Create and update opportunities in CRM.
Accurately and efficiently move opportunities through sales cycles.
Monthly sales forecasts and activity tracking.
Document successful approaches and sources of new business.
Business Results
Build long-term, win-win relationships with private equity, capital aggregators, real estate developers and sponsors.
Track sales metrics and meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Sales support.
Perform any other activities in support of increasing revenues and profits for Invateck, including client events, training, surveys, and other activities/tasks.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of effectively researching, qualifying, and closing prospective clients.
5+ years of successful sales experience.
Tech savvy and proficient in the use of office productivity tools, services, and applications.
Fintech and/or financial services experience preferred.
Business-to- business environments preferred.
Track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Salary: $60,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year
