Starting Compensation: base $35K with potential earnings base on results
Hours M-F 8am -5pm

Duties and Key Responsibilities
PROformance Sales Representative has the responsibility of growing and developing new business.
Ability to assess and identify customers current and future potential needs.
Ability to position PROformance offerings, highlighting areas of strength and competitive advantages.
Cold calling through the phone, over email, and in person.
Meeting sales quota on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Set up appointments over the phone, in person, and through email.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of PROformance offering, reporting, technology, competitors, and industry trends.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors? degree, with at least 1-2 years of direct sales experience, including cold calling, presentation skills, and proven performance in closing deals.
Must be able to generate new business through cold calling and company referrals
Must have high integrity
Must have excellent interpersonal skills (listening, verbal, and written)
Must have the ability to prioritize; set and consistently meet and exceed goals
Must be ambitious and self-motivated
Must be articulate and project a presence of success.
Must be able to communicate well with others and enjoy working with other people
Must have a strong history of attaining quotas
Must have an ability to optimize sales opportunities
Other Qualifications
Business Expertise
Strong business acumen
Experience with Microsoft Office
Sales Focus or similar product
Problem solving complex problems with little supervisor.
