Duties and Responsibilities :
Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship based approach.
Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited for their needs.
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for all of MHD?s products.
Develop sales forecast for territory with the input of Window/Door Sales Management.
Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
Learn, understand, and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to;
CRM, Sales Meetings, Laptop Organization, Car Maintenance, Customer Contacts, Administrative Duties
Assists in the resolution of customer problems and complaints within a timely manner.
Coordinates sales effort with Marketing, Sales Management, Accounting, Logistics, and Operation groups.
Supplies management with oral and written reports on Customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, marketing conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends and consulting with Marketing and Management.
Attend and participate in department meetings, training, trade shows and various association events.
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with staff, new and existing customers, installers and sub-contractors.
Perform other related duties or projects as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility : None
Experience / Required:
Minimum 2 years college education and/or equivalent experience is preferred
Valid and Clean Drivers License
Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office ? Outlook, Excel and Word
CRM - Customer Relations Management Software.
Sales, Marketing and Closing.
Organization and Time Management.
20/20 Cabinet Experience Preferred
