An aggressive agency is searching for hard-working PRODUCERS to be considered for positions within our agency in the Irving, TX area. Team members will receive WARM INBOUND calls for sales generation. No cold calling necessary! They will build and develop customer relationships statewide to promote products including auto, home, and life insurance. Experience with auto, home, and life insurance is a major plus.
Responsibilities for PRODUCERS will be:
Identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding; insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Team members will work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
P&C General Lines License
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred experience with auto, home, and life insurance a PLUS.
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
People-oriented and Self-motivated.
Experience with auto, home, and/or life insurance a plus!
